Shipping Policy
We ship to the following states: Texas, Missouri, Tennessee, Arkansas, Kansas, Oklahoma, Minnesota, Iowa, Kentucky, Wisconsin and Nebraska.
For domestic orders, we offer a flat standard shipping rate of $6 on all orders under $50; for domestic orders of $50 or more, we offer complimentary shipping.
We apologize for the inconvenience but currently do not ship internationally.
Return Policy
Items purchased on emmanuelsalon.com may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase for a full refund. Items must be in new unused condition.
- To initiate a return, please email support@emmanuelsalon.com with your order number as well as the return request, we will send you a pre paid label for the return.
- Once the returned merchandise is received into our warehouse, we will initiate the refund minus the pre paid shipping label cost, which will reflect in your bank account within 3 to 5 business days.
